About the Role 

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to support and enhance our cloud platform and delivery practices within a travel technology platform.

This is a hands-on role focused on Kubernetes operations, CI/CD optimization, and infrastructure automation. The ideal candidate is highly technical, execution-driven, and comfortable working closely with development teams to improve deployment processes, automation, and platform stability

What You’ll Do

• Support and enhance a Kubernetes (EKS) platform across multiple environments.
• Build and optimize GitLab CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment reliability and efficiency.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Contribute to GitOps workflows (e.g., ArgoCD) and support environment promotion and rollback processes.
• Integrate security best practices into CI/CD pipelines.
• Improve platform observability through logging and monitoring integration.
• Support progressive delivery practices (Blue/Green, Canary) under defined standards.
• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot deployment and infrastructure issues.
• Assist in modernization efforts, including containerization of legacy systems
• Support technical evaluations of other consultants when required, contributing to the assessment of skills and alignment with project needs

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps / Platform Engineering roles
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS or similar).
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitLab or similar tools.
• Practical experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Familiarity with GitOps principles and deployment automation.
• Experience integrating monitoring and logging tools.
• Understanding of DevSecOps fundamentals.
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work in collaborative environments
