Who You Are

• 5–7 years of experience in DevOps / Cloud / Platform Engineering

• Hands-on production experience with at least one major cloud providers (AWS is must; multi-cloud exposure is a plus)

• Strong practical experience with Kubernetes in production environments

• Strong experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform preferred)

• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows

• Hands-on experience managing distributed data systems such as MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Kafka, and Redis

• Solid understanding of cloud networking, IAM, and security best practices

• Experience implementing monitoring and observability solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, logging systems, etc.)

• Understanding of zero-trust access concepts and secure production access practices

• Experience working in multi-tenant or SaaS environments is preferred

• Exposure to service mesh technologies is a plus

• Familiarity with compliance and security standards is advantageous
  

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure across AWS, GCP, Azure and OCI environments

• Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Helm, and automation tools

• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and ArgoCD (GitOps model)

• Deploy, manage, and scale distributed data systems including MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Kafka, Redis, and ArangoDB

• Implement secure production access using IAM, RBAC, and zero-trust principles

• Configure and enhance observability stack using Prometheus, Grafana, and distributed tracing.

• Improve system reliability, availability, and disaster recovery readiness

• Optimize autoscaling strategies, resource allocation, and cloud cost utilization (FinOps awareness)

• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous reliability improvement

• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to strengthen DevSecOps maturity
