Initial Setup Experience team is responsible for the entire user onboarding journey — from sign-up to the first steps in our product. We build intuitive, polished setup flows that personalize the customer experience from the very beginning, leveraging data enrichment and AI-powered solutions.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team and help shape the first experiences users have with our product.
You will be responsible for:
Designing and developing frontend applications using TypeScript, React, and related ecosystem tools (Redux Saga, TanStack Query).Ensuring pixel-perfect UI/UX and collaborating closely with product designers to refine the smallest details.Implementing personalized features and AI/data-driven solutions.Optimizing performance through memoization, profiling, and other React DevTools techniques.Writing and maintaining unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.Proposing architectural and technological improvements.Mentoring less-experienced team members and helping define team standards.Collaborating across teams to deliver the best experience for our users.
You may be a good fit if you:
Are a frontend expert with strong knowledge of TypeScript and React.Have experience with Redux Saga, TanStack Query, and automated testing.Understand real-time applications (WebSockets, live connections).Care deeply about UX and attention to detail.Are comfortable making technical decisions independently — even the tough ones (“if it’s not ready, it doesn’t go to production”).Have worked in product-focused teams.Bonus: experience with AI for app personalization.
