Accountabilities:
Design, develop, and maintain shared frontend packages and frameworks used across multiple web applicationsDefine and evolve frontend architecture, scaffolding, and developer experience for new and existing productsBuild and maintain real-time server-to-client infrastructure to support responsive and dynamic user experiencesProvide technical leadership and guidance to engineers across teams, establishing best practices and engineering standardsContribute to major initiatives, including large-scale migrations, package performance optimization, and platform capability enhancementsPartner with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable frontend platform solutionsEnsure operational excellence through monitoring, testing, incident response, and continuous improvement of frontend infrastructure
Requirements:
6+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in SaaS or technology companies, with strong focus on frontend architectureDeep expertise in React, TypeScript, and Webpack (or comparable build tooling), including dependency management and performance optimizationExperience designing, maintaining, and evolving shared frontend platforms and libraries across multiple teamsProven ability to manage package ecosystems, including versioning, migrations, and cross-application compatibilityExperience building processes that keep frontend dependencies aligned, stable, and modernStrong debugging skills across build systems, runtime behavior, packages, and CI/CD pipelinesExperience supporting large-scale migrations, architectural changes, and state management transitionsFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, release workflows, and automation for frontend applicationsExcellent communication skills and collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teamsAuthorized to work lawfully in the United StatesBonus Skills:
Experience in platform engineering, developer experience (DevEx), or internal toolsKnowledge of micro-frontend architecture, module federation, and integration pipelinesExperience with Storybook infrastructure, RTK Query caching, and analytics/feature flagging SDKs
