Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong focus on building modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. This role emphasizes frontend engineering excellence, delivering intuitive and responsive user interfaces for internal tools and customer-facing platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design, develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using the MERN stack
  • Architect backend services and REST/GraphQL APIs with performance and security in mind
  • Lead frontend development using React.js with modern state management (Redux, Context API)
  • Optimize frontend performance (lazy loading, memoization, code splitting)
  • Implement state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, Context API)
  • Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.)
  • Ensure high standards for UI/UX, accessibility, and responsiveness
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and DevOps teams
  • Participate in end-to-end feature development, including backend contributions
  • Drive best practices in coding standards, testing, and deployment

    • What You’ll Have

  • 5+ years of experience in frontend or full-stack web development
  • Strong expertise in,
    o React.js (Hooks, performance optimization, advanced patterns)
    o Node.js & Express.js (API design, middleware, scalability)
    o MySQL/MongoDB (schema design, indexing, query optimization)
  • Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS or modern CSS frameworks
  • Experience building scalable SPA (Single Page Applications)
  • Strong understanding of Component-based architecture, State management patterns, Performance optimization techniques, system design and architecture
  • Experience integrating with APIs and handling async data flows
  • Hands-on experience with Git and version control workflows

    • Good to Have (Data Engineering Background)

    • Experience with data platforms such as Snowflake
    • Familiarity with DBT and SQL-based data models
    • Experience integrating APIs with data warehouses and analytics systems
    • Understanding of manufacturing or test data workflows
    • Exposure to BI tools like Tableau or internal analytics dashboards
