We’re looking for a Senior Infrastructure DevOps Engineer to take ownership of our cloud platform—driving architecture, reliability, and operational excellence at scale.

What You'll Own
Platform Architecture & Strategy
Architect and evolve scalable, secure cloud infrastructure
Define infrastructure standards and long-term technical direction
Drive cost optimisation and performance improvements
Reliability & Operations
Own uptime, SLAs, and incident management practices
Lead post-incident reviews and systemic improvements
Define monitoring, alerting, and observability strategy
Automation & Engineering Enablement
Lead Infrastructure as Code maturity and governance
Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment reliability
Enable engineering teams through better tooling and platform capabilities
What You'll Bring
Must-haves
5–8+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering
Deep AWS and cloud architecture expertise
Strong Infrastructure as Code experience
Proven ownership of complex, production systems
Strong systems thinking and problem-solving ability
Ability to influence teams and drive technical decisions
Strong signals
Kubernetes and container platforms at scale
Experience with high-availability SaaS products
Exposure to compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2)
Experience mentoring engineers and shaping practices
