We are looking for a Senior / Team Lead DB‑SRE (PostgreSQL) to own, evolve, and scale Finom’s mission‑critical database infrastructure. As the Reliability Owner of our core banking PostgreSQL environment, you will combine deep technical expertise with strategic leadership to ensure our database systems are highly available, resilient, secure, and ready to scale with our rapid growth.

This role is hands‑on, high‑impact, and central to Finom’s platform reliability. You will define the long‑term database architecture, lead improvements, and guide the team through best practices while staying closely involved in operational execution.
