In this high-impact engineering role, you will design, automate, and maintain a world-class Linux infrastructure powering advanced AI-driven systems in the finance domain. You will be responsible for building highly available, scalable, secure, and fully reproducible environments using modern tooling and disciplined engineering practices. Working alongside leading experts in AI, machine learning, and technology, you will help ensure infrastructure reliability and performance at scale. This role combines deep systems expertise with automation and software development, emphasizing security-first principles and operational excellence. You will play a key part in strengthening observability, resilience, and system orchestration across complex distributed environments. The position offers both strategic design ownership and hands-on technical execution in a collaborative, innovation-focused setting.

Accountabilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable, self-healing Linux infrastructure systems with strong performance and security standards.
  • Develop advanced operational tooling in Python, Ruby, or similar languages to support API integrations, automation, orchestration, and data processing workflows.
  • Architect and manage comprehensive monitoring, metrics, visualization, and alerting systems across all infrastructure components.
  • Apply “security-first” principles to all infrastructure design and implementation decisions.
  • Optimize system performance, reliability, and reproducibility using modern DevOps and infrastructure-as-code methodologies.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and AI teams to support development environments and production systems.
  • Participate in a structured on-call rotation to ensure system stability and rapid incident response.

  • Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Linux Systems Administrator or Infrastructure Engineer.
  • Deep expertise in Linux fundamentals, including filesystems, process scheduling, virtual memory management, and core system primitives.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking protocols and addressing.
  • Significant experience developing operational automation tools in Python, Ruby, or similar programming languages.
  • Proven experience with configuration management platforms such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring and visualization tools such as Prometheus, InfluxDB, or Grafana.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with containers and container orchestration technologies.
  • Experience with distributed storage systems (e.g., Ceph, Lustre, GPFS) and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
