• Set and model a high bar for technical excellence, fostering innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Lead the evolution and adoption of platform engineering, infrastructure, and DevSecOps practices.
• Champion developer productivity and internal platform experiences across engineering teams.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to define full-stack development strategies aligned with business goals.
• Provide architectural leadership and influence to ensure coherent, scalable platforms and clear boundaries between platform and application responsibilities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate operational resilience, security, and risk awareness into development lifecycles.
• Mentor and guide senior engineers, promoting alignment, technical excellence, and professional growth.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including significant technical leadership roles.
• Proven success designing, building, and operating large-scale platforms.
• Strong full-stack architecture experience with modern infrastructure and cloud technologies.
• Deep knowledge of DevSecOps, including automation, CI/CD, containerization, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Proficiency in Go and/or Java, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Experience designing and operating APIs, understanding API-first architectures, and familiarity with Kubernetes and identity technologies.
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals and problem-solving principles.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire, influence, and lead high-performing engineering teams with an inclusive, collaborative approach.
• Experience applying AI agents to software development processes to enhance efficiency or quality.
• Education or equivalent practical expertise in computer science or software engineering principles.
