ISEE is seeking a Sr Safety Engineering Manager to ensure ISEE requirements, architectures, designs, and implementations comply with relevant automotive software and system safety standards. The ideal candidate possesses a background in developing safety-critical software systems in the automotive industry as well as experience facilitating system certification against standards such as ISO 26262.

Tailoring applicable safety standards for ISEE productsDeveloping risk assessment and mitigation plansDeveloping software safety requirementsDeveloping or tailoring design and implementation guidelines for safety critical softwareReviewing and facilitating system and software architectures with safety critical and componentsPerforming safety-oriented software analysisReviewing design materials for safety complianceReviewing safety-critical code for complianceDeveloping and reviewing software engineering processes to ensure safe products
Qualifications
12+ years of experience developing safety critical software systems, preferrably in the automotive industryFamiliarly with C++ safety critical software design and implementation guidelinesExperience developing software systems in compliance with automotive safety standards (e.g. ISO 26262)
