As a Senior SRE, you will play a critical role in ensuring system reliability, performance, and resilience across a global user base. You’ll work at the intersection of infrastructure, automation, and application performance—building systems that are scalable, observable, and highly available. The role combines hands-on technical execution with strategic influence, collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, product, and data teams. Accountabilities:
Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure to support product growth and performance.Develop and enhance monitoring, alerting, and incident response frameworks to ensure system reliability at scale.Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation processes to streamline deployments, testing, and infrastructure management.Implement disaster recovery, backup strategies, and failover mechanisms to ensure business continuity.Apply cloud security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, data, and product teams to improve system scalability and application reliability.Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and promote DevOps and SRE best practices across teams.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related infrastructure roles.Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS or GCP) and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.Solid experience with containerization and orchestration tools including Docker and Kubernetes.Expertise in building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex production issues under pressure.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional technical teams.Exposure to security and compliance best practices in cloud environments is a plus.Experience with programming languages such as Go, Java, or JavaScript is an advantage.
