This is a high-impact opportunity to design, scale, and secure cloud infrastructure powering a fast-growing SaaS platform. As a Senior SRE, you will play a critical role in ensuring system reliability, performance, and resilience across a global user base. You’ll work at the intersection of infrastructure, automation, and application performance—building systems that are scalable, observable, and highly available. The role combines hands-on technical execution with strategic influence, collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, product, and data teams. You’ll also mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. If you thrive in dynamic environments where reliability and speed go hand in hand, this is your chance to build meaningful, large-scale systems.

Accountabilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure to support product growth and performance.
  • Develop and enhance monitoring, alerting, and incident response frameworks to ensure system reliability at scale.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation processes to streamline deployments, testing, and infrastructure management.
  • Implement disaster recovery, backup strategies, and failover mechanisms to ensure business continuity.
  • Apply cloud security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, data, and product teams to improve system scalability and application reliability.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and promote DevOps and SRE best practices across teams.

  • Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related infrastructure roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS or GCP) and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
  • Solid experience with containerization and orchestration tools including Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Expertise in building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex production issues under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional technical teams.
  • Exposure to security and compliance best practices in cloud environments is a plus.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Go, Java, or JavaScript is an advantage.

  • Benefits:
  • Flexible remote work model with opportunities for in-person collaboration and company offsites.
  • Competitive base salary aligned with experience and market benchmarks.
  • Generous paid time off, including maternity, parental bonding, and medical leave.
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, vision, and prescription plans (with strong employer contribution).
  • Mental health support through confidential counseling services.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan with 100% employer match up to 6%.
  • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA).
  • Life and AD&D insurance coverage.
  • Monthly wellness allowance to support fitness and well-being.
  • Home office setup bonus after one year of employment.
  • Continuing education and professional development support.
  • Inclusive workplace with equal opportunity employment and accommodation support.
