We are a team to design, develop, maintain, and improve software for various ventures projects, i.e., projects that are adjacent to our core businesses and are bootstrapped fast with a lean team. You will be actively involved in the design of various components behind scalable applications, from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Develop backend services and operations, including proposing architectural decisions, participating in design reviews, coding, code review, and implementing featuresIdentify and implement solutions for complex problems within large-scale backend infrastructureProvide technical operational support to resolve customer issuesDrive improvements within the technology stack for long-term engineering initiatives
Requirements
Proficiency in Golang, Postgres, Redis, and Kafka preferredPossess strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to juggle requirements from various stakeholdersExperienced with architectural designs, security, and performance optimization in a high traffic settingUnderstanding of Fintech, Sports, or Prediction markets is an advantage
