What you will be doing:

As a Senior Software Developer at Financing & Loans tribe, you will be working with a team of IT and business professionals across the Baltic countries. You will be responsible for maintenance and development of various banking systems at SEB. Furthermore, we take care of deliveries related to products like private and corporate loans, leasing, trade finance, factoring and non-life insurance. In a close cooperation with colleagues from other teams, we strive to provide a modern and reliable platform to serve our private and corporate customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and maintaining new and existing solutions

Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation

Managing incidents and solving problems

Collaboration with stakeholders and Agile team members

Following priorities set by the Product Owner

Participation in projects and sharing gained knowledge with fellow developers

Running demos for the team when significant developments are completed

Who we are looking for:

3-4 years of programming experience

Proficiency in Java is required

Knowledge of Angular, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes and OpenShift is considered as an advantage

Willingness to learn other technologies

Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle

Fluency in English language, as cooperation is across Baltic countries

Good communication and cooperation skills
