About the Role
We are looking for an experienced frontend engineer to join our engineering team at GoTo Financial. You will be responsible for designing and building high-performance fintech applications, focussing on building the best possible user experience. As a senior engineer, you will work on our flagship products across GoTo, including Gojek, GoPay, Tokopedia, and TikTokShop, ensuring our millions of users get the best experience.
What You Will Do
Work with our product team to solve requirements related to customer journeys on mobile native, Flutter, and WebLead projects to implement features across multiple appsImprove the customer experience for our existing apps by optimizing the usability, performance, and code qualityContribute to architecture decisions across teams and shape the technical directionMentor and grow other developers to build a culture of learning and innovationParticipate in production support and respond to alerts and escalations in customer support
What You Will Need
6-8 years of mobile app development in AndroidKnowledge of building apps in Android native and Flutter, and familiarity with Android/Flutter Dev ToolsExperience architecting and maintaining a consumer-facing app, including release planning, monitoring, and testing practicesFamiliar with the entire SDLC, and Agile project management practices like ScrumStrong sense of good UI and UX best practicesKnowledge of building web apps in React (preferred) or any other web frameworkExperience with backend development using Java/Kotlin/Nodejs/Go etc is a plusExperience with team or people management is a plus
