The Role

As a Senior Software Engineer at Constantinople, you will be a valuable technical leader, responsible for designing, developing, and delivering complex software solutions that form the foundation of our banking platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build software that sets new industry standards for reliability, scalability, and security.

What You’ll Do

 

  • Be an active contributor to cross-team initiatives and provide support to the engineering team

  • Develop and drive architectural changes across projects while leading engineers

  • Develop and maintain critical platform features

  • Improve tooling to enable data-driven analysis and reporting to the wider Constantinople team

  • Support a secure and functional platform

  • Provide decisions on service performance and design implementation

Who You Are

 

    • Deep understanding of software design principles and scalable systems architecture

    • Hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript in production environments

    • Familiarity with frontend technologies (React / React Native) is a strong plus

    • Experience building and owning features end-to-end, from idea to production

    • Experience in serverless AWS architectures is highly desirable

    • Exposure to Domain-Driven Design or event-driven systems is a bonus

    • A collaborative mindset with experience mentoring and leading engineering initiatives

    • Experience in fintech or regulated environments is helpful but not required
