Accountabilities:
Build and maintain foundational services, SDKs, and APIs across multiple platforms.Collaborate with product teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver features efficiently while balancing UX and integration trade-offs.Optimize existing systems to improve performance, including faster loading, intelligent parsing, and better abstractions.Develop cloud functions, lightweight backend services, and jobs using Kotlin Multiplatform.Apply systems thinking to design end-to-end solutions that are simple, reliable, and scalable.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical challenges while ensuring high-quality delivery.Requirements:
Strong experience in software engineering with hands-on coding expertise, preferably in Kotlin Multiplatform.Proven ability to design and maintain scalable APIs and backend services.Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP is a plus.Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.Demonstrated experience balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution.Passion for creating impactful, user-centric experiences and improving product functionality.Benefits:
