About the Role
The Full Stack Senior Software Engineer builds high-quality, innovative, and fully performing software that complies with coding standards and technical design and is familiar with the software development life cycle (SDLC) from preliminary system analysis to tests and deployment.
What Your Ride Will Look Like:
- Identifies and evaluates the use, benefit, and implementation of new technologies – languages 3rd party plug-ins, etc.
- Primary system owner of business-critical software systems; responsible for documentation, consulting, and project leadership.
- Project level responsibility for research and development associated with assigned project initiatives.
- Works with product team to define requirements and execute project plans.
- Provides guidance related to project work for junior development staff.

- 5+ years' experience in software development or related field
- Proficient in object-oriented programming, relational database design, and familiarity with web application and API development
- Familiar with Agile methodologies
- Passion for learning new technologies and collaborating with colleagues on innovative solutions.
- Inclusive mindset, whether you are implementing a design from a colleague or heading the charge.
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.
- A puzzle solver - debugging code, crushing bugs, and stomping technical debt is your forte, and you have fun doing it.
- Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Computer Science, or a combination of equivalent education and experience
