You’ll work across the stack to build reliable, scalable systems and the user-facing tools that sit on top of them—such as report builders, dashboards, and internal clinical workflows. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design in a fast-moving, early-stage environment where ownership and impact are high.
What You'll Do:

- Develop backend services, APIs, and data models that support clinician workflows and reporting.
- Build and evolve data-rich web interfaces such as dashboards, report builders, and internal tools.
- Collaborate with product and design to translate complex clinical and operational requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code across the stack.
- Partner closely with other engineers on system design, integrations, and performance.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues across the application, from UI to backend services.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and knowledge sharing.
- Stay current with modern full-stack development patterns, frameworks, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong experience with backend development (e.g. Python, Node.js, or similar) and working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Solid experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, Vue or similar).
- Experience building production-grade, data-driven web applications.
- Comfortable owning features end to end, from data models and APIs to user-facing interfaces.
- Strong focus on code quality, maintainability, and documentation.
- Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG) is a plus.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage environment and enjoys building greenfield products.
- Comfortable collaborating closely with teammates and working in person.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience building B2B SaaS or internal tools is a plus.
- Experience working in healthcare or regulated environments is a bonus, but not required.
