We are looking for a product-minded Full Stack Engineer who enjoys building high-quality interfaces and understands that the frontend is a system, not just a presentation layer. You will own customer-facing capabilities end-to-end, from mobile experience through backend services and AI-driven workflows that power our protection platform. You’ll work primarily in React (Web and/or Native) and TypeScript while collaborating with cloud services, security tooling, and AI-powered automation to ship reliable features used daily by our members.
What You Will Do
Own member-facing features end-to-endDesign and implement polished mobile experiences in React NativeTranslate security workflows into clear, trustworthy user interactionsShip features from UI through API and supporting services
Build a modern full-stack productDevelop TypeScript services and APIs (Node.js)Integrate with cloud systems, security services, and data pipelinesWork with PostgreSQL, document stores, and event-driven workflows
Elevate frontend engineeringTreat the UI as a reliability-sensitive system (offline behavior, state synchronization, error handling)Implement observability and performance monitoring for the client experienceImprove usability, responsiveness, and accessibility across devices
Operate and improve the systemDebug production issues using logs, telemetry, and user behaviorParticipate in architecture discussions and technical design reviewsContribute to code reviews and engineering standardsWork closely with Product, Design, and Security Operations
Engineer in an AI-native development environmentUse AI tools to accelerate implementation while maintaining production quality standardsCreate and validate tests (unit, integration, and behavioral) using AI-assisted workflowsDocument systems and architecture using AI-assisted documentation generationHelp the team establish best practices for safe and effective use of AI in software development
What You Will Need to be Successful
Core Experience5+ years of professional software engineering experienceExpert-level React or React Native skills with a deep understanding of frontend systems architectureStrong JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals (async behavior, state management, performance)Experience building or extending APIs (Node.js or similar)Experience shipping production features end-to-end
Full-Stack CapabilityComfortable working across UI, services, and data modelsFamiliarity with REST/JSON APIs and distributed systems behaviorExperience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar)Proven ability to switch gears between complex UI logic and backend API/Database design
AI-Native Development PracticesUsing AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, ChatGPT, etc.) as part of daily developmentPrompting AI to design solutions, not just autocomplete syntaxUsing AI for test generation, refactoring, and documentation
Product MindsetCares about usability and clarity, not just technical correctnessAble to work with designers and product managers to refine solutionsComfortable making tradeoffs to ship and iterate
