We’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong platform and cloud expertise to design and implement scalable integrations that enhance the performance of our platform. You’ll join a talented team to build and optimize real-time services, collaborating closely with partner engineering and product teams to deliver secure and robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Design high-performance, distributed, low-latency systemsArchitect, create and deliver new features and functionalityWork with Product to drive the requirements, and own the project end-to-endAnalyse and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of servers and processesThink long-term and be unsatisfied with band-aidsIdentify unnecessary complexity and remove itOwning and leading the technical layer of the project
Required Qualifications:
Ideally, 5+ years of working experience in JavaExperience with database system design, RDBMS, or NoSQLExperience with Google Cloud Platform, k8s, and DockerCommunicative Polish and EnglishAbility to effectively dive into technologies other than Java (Erlang, GO)
Desired Characteristics:
Fluently speak algorithms and data structures and platforms (Linux)Be comfortable using the right tools and languages for the job, even brand-new onesHave the ability to develop scalable, modular applicationsSCRUM / Agile environment experienceExperience working in digital media, marketing technology, or advertising technology is a big plus.
