The position involves collaborating across multiple engineering and cross-functional teams, providing technical leadership, and shaping the platform roadmap. You will guide the team on architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and contribute to delivering scalable solutions that enhance user engagement. 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experienceBachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science or a related fieldStrong architectural skills and experience with high-scale, distributed systemsProven track record of shipping large-scale projects involving multiple teams and dependenciesTechnical leadership and strong communication skills to influence and guide other experienced engineersExperience building robust, reliable, and scalable backend systemsFamiliarity with AI-driven platforms, messaging systems, or real-time communication technologies is highly desirableBenefits:
