  • Troubleshoot complex issues across cloud and on-premises deployments, including reconciliation loops, performance bottlenecks, and resource conflicts.
  • Develop and maintain software that interfaces with Kubernetes APIs, including controllers, operators, and add-ons, with emphasis on observability and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to gather requirements, validate solutions, and deliver high-impact features.
  • Author design documents, runbooks, documentation, and user guides to support development and operational knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in the full project lifecycle, including discovery, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing operational support.
  • Contribute to on-call rotation, incident response, and post-mortems to continuously improve system reliability.
  • Requirements:
  • Strong experience operating cloud-based production services at scale, including monitoring, alerting, and incident management.
  • Expertise in distributed systems debugging and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and distributed tracing.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in customer environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams while driving ownership of technical outcomes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and continuously improve processes and systems.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship needs.

  • Equity grants and long-term incentive opportunities.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision.
  • Flexible remote work and time-off policies.
