We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join a mission-driven team working at the forefront of geospatial analytics and AI/ML. In this role, you will develop and deploy cutting-edge machine learning methods to transform large-scale multi-modal imagery and sensor data into actionable intelligence. You will take ownership of core product pipelines, ensuring full-stack stability, scalability, and continuous innovation. Accountabilities:
Lead the development and deployment of full-stack AI/ML solutions for geospatial data, including EO, MSI, and SAR imagery.Take ownership of core product pipelines, ensuring stability, scalability, and continuous improvement.Apply advanced algorithms, computer vision, and perspective geometry to extract actionable intelligence from multi-modal data.Design, implement, and maintain front-end interfaces, database systems, and containerized environments (Docker) to support operational needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize technical solutions and expand team capabilities.Solve complex technical problems independently while mentoring team members on best practices and innovations.Contribute to the strategic expansion of technology applications beyond existing domains, supporting long-term organizational goals.Requirements:
6+ years of professional experience in software engineering or related fields.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.Expertise in AI/ML, including advanced algorithms, mathematical foundations, and large-scale data processing.Proficiency in multi-modal data processing (EO, MSI, SAR), computer vision, and perspective geometry.Full-stack development experience, including front-end GUI, database management, and containerization (Docker).Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to operate autonomously in complex technical environments.Ability to obtain and maintain TS-SCI or DoD TS security clearance.Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional technical and non-technical teams.Benefits:
