The role
We are growing our team with passionate Senior Software Engineers to help build the core services that support our platform and products. You'll work on highly visible, impactful projects that directly serve both our clients and internal teams—partnering closely with Product, Sales, and Business Development.
What You'll Do
Lead the design, architecture, and development of backend servicesOwn and operate high-performance systems using C# and PostgresMentor junior engineers through code reviews, design sessions, and pair programmingBuild automated testing and benchmarking systems to ensure reliability and speed
Who You Are
5+ years of backend development experience with .NET Framework/CoreSkilled in relational database design and implementation (Postgres, MSSQL, Oracle, etc.)Comfortable working with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)Experienced in owning services end-to-end—from planning to deploymentStrong communicator who can explain complex ideas clearly and conciselyCollaborative, proactive, and driven to build things that matter
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience building data-driven systemsAdTech knowledge or industry experienceA deep interest in scalable, intelligent systems

Location & Compensation
Location: New York City (hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
