Senior Software Engineer / Solutions Architect

This role offers the chance to lead the design and development of production-grade AI solutions, including LLM-based applications, RAG systems, and agentic workflows, across diverse client environments. You will own technical strategy, architecture decisions, and end-to-end solution delivery while mentoring engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, client-facing settings, applies deep Python and cloud expertise, and embeds AI across the development lifecycle. You will influence both technical direction and business outcomes, balancing innovation with pragmatic, production-ready implementation. This position emphasizes autonomy, proactive problem-solving, and direct engagement with global clients on AI-driven solutions.

• Design, implement, and maintain production-grade Python services, RESTful APIs, and AI-integrated backend systems
• Build and optimize RAG systems, LLM-based applications, and agentic AI workflows to solve real-world client problems
• Lead architecture decisions, produce technical design documents, and set standards across the Python practice
• Own technical strategy from discovery through delivery, supporting presales activities including demos, proposals, and scoping
• Mentor engineers, lead code reviews, and disseminate knowledge across teams
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders, serving as a technical advisor and point of contact

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience building and running production systems, with strong Python proficiency (OOP, design patterns, clean architecture)
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML integration, LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock), and agentic workflows
• Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs with FastAPI, Django REST, or Flask
• Expertise in architecture trade-offs, microservices, cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP), and cost optimization
• Strong testing practices, including pytest, mocking, and integration testing for AI systems
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
• Full-stack mindset with knowledge of frontend frameworks (React, Vue) considered a plus
• Excellent communication skills and B2+ English for collaboration across distributed, multicultural teams
• Preferred: experience with Streamlit/Gradio, modern Python tooling (ruff, pyproject.toml, pyright), additional languages (Go, Node.js, Rust), and AWS/Claude Code certifications
