Senior Software QA Engineer - Mapping

Sustainable Talent is partnering with Nvidia a global leader who's been transforming computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for over 25 years. We are looking for a Senior Software QA Engineer - Mapping to support our client's team based in Santa Clara, CA.

 

This is a full-time (W-2) contract role. We offer competitive pay $40/hr - $60/hr based on factors like experience, education, location, etc. and provide full benefits, PTO, and amazing company culture!

 

What you’ll be doing:

Perform testing of HD/SD map editing tools during weekly release process including creating test plans & test cases, executing tests, and bug triaging.

Create release notes and communicate to map operation team.

Develop UI test automation to increase test efficiency.

Work closely with multi-functional teams to propose/review/prioritize product features & bug fixes.

 

What we need to see:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of solid Software QA experience testing UI apps, with 2+ years.

5+ years of experience in the mapping field.

Solid understanding of SDLC and agile process.

Proficient in Python.

Experience with web UI test automation framework.

GIS background is a great plus.

A self-starter that requires minimal supervision.

Great team player with excellent communication skills.
