Our SRE team is responsible for the design, creation, and maintenance of our healthcare data platform hosted on multiple cloud/on-prem environments. What You'll Do
Ensure high uptime and reliability of Crossix’s production environment, on-prem and cloudTake responsibility for managing the production environment, security, change management, deployment, architecture, and toolsPerform root cause analysis for complex failures and offer modern solutions and toolsLead technical discussions with our health data partners in the USAAnalyze performance and stability issues and create in-house automation toolingWork closely with DevOps, R&D, product, and project managers to enable automated CI/CD methodsDesign, develop, and drive troubleshooting & mitigation tools as part of driving self-healing agendaConstantly improve the technology stack, supporting the data growth and the customer’s requirementsWorking in a data-driven company with cutting-edge environments that combines multiple cloud technologies
Requirements
Deep knowledge in one of AWS, GCP, and Azure cloud providers5+ years of maintenance of complex Linux environments (RedHat/Centos flavor is preferred)5+ years in configuration management tools (Ansible is preferred)Substantial experience with Terraform/CloudFormation3+ years as DevOps or SRE engineerProven track record of managing complex integration projectsDeep understanding of modern security infrastructure best practicesExperience with the implementation of open-source monitoring solutionsExperience with implementation of ELK-like log management solutionCreate, design, and present technical documents for our data partners
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experienceExperience in MySQL or Postgres SQL in databaseExcellent communication skills and a sense of ownership, with a systematic problem-solving approach
