Lone Wolf is looking to hire a Software Developer skilled with constructing web applications using Ruby on Rails and React. You will serve as a member of our development team supporting the delivery of new and existing web apps for the real estate industry. Your work will focus on developing APIs that are performant, well tested, well documented, and maintainable as well as build a responsive modern frontend in React that uses those REST APIs. This position is in Colombia.
Responsibilities
Write clean, performant code for our current and future web appsWork with development team to implement new features, develop new products, and address bugsWork within an Agile environment to plan and deliver work incrementallyDevelop high quality maintainable and scalable SaaS solutions in the Ruby on Rails and React technology stackCollaborate with product owners, architects, and other software engineers to deliver key business objectivesDeliver an exceptional user experience to our customers, through the delivery of products and services with strong and extendable design patternsResearch, design, test, and evaluate emerging technologies and vendor solutionsParticipate in performance tuning, testing, refactoring, usability, and automation; support, maintain, and help document software functionalityIdentify technical requirements and participate in peer code reviewsProactively learn product frameworks and code base; continually improve upon existing applications and learn emerging technologies
