Your Mission
Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems using ServiceNow, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and API integrations. Work individually or as part of a team to improve workflows, update logic, modify forms, integrate APIs, and enhance ticket routing and status tracking. Utilize appropriate software development methodologies and best practices to deliver high-quality solutions.

Skilled in developing and customizing ServiceNow applicationsExperienced in coding with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other scripting languagesComfortable integrating third-party software and APIs using REST and SOAPKnowledgeable in ITSM frameworks and Agile methodologiesDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
A Day in the Life Of:
Enhancing and modifying ServiceNow workflows, logic, and formsDeveloping and implementing scripts, business rules, policies, and ACLsIntegrating APIs to improve system functionality and automationTroubleshooting and resolving software issuesCollaborating with team members to improve ticket routing and status tracking
Must Haves:
TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or four additional years of SWE experience)Two years of experience developing and customizing core ServiceNow applications (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog)Four years of IT application systems experience in technology solutions deliveryExperience configuring ServiceNow applications to meet business requirementsExperience integrating third-party software and APIs using REST and SOAPServiceNow System Administrator or ServiceNow Application Developer certification
Nice to Have:
Experience working in Agile development environmentsKnowledge of AngularJS, JSON, or other ServiceNow-related languagesExperience with ServiceNow Implementations (four years preferred)Strong understanding of ITIL best practices
