About Us: Artera is an AI startup that develops medical artificial intelligence tests to personalize therapy for cancer patients. Artera is on a mission to personalize medical decisions for patients and physicians on a global scale.

We are seeking Software Engineer Interns to join our engineering team. As a Software Engineer at Artera, you’ll drive the development of the systems behind Artera's products, create web/mobile applications, and build highly reliable and secure infrastructure. This internship has a minimum twelve (12) week duration.

Essential Responsibilities:

Develop tests for a React web application using Vitest and Playwright

Complete assigned tasks efficiently with few iterations

Identify problem statements, outline optimal solutions, account for tradeoffs and edge cases

Communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders

Education and Experience Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a full-time, degree-seeking program and in the process of obtaining a Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science or a related field.

Experience developing web applications with React, Javascript, and Typescript.

Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment Preferred Qualification.

Demonstrated software engineering experience from a previous internship, work experience, coding competitions, or publications.

Intent to return to a degree-program after the completion of the internship/co-op.
