The Software Engineer will work on building and maintaining scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend systems that enable seamless deployment and management of database clusters across cloud and on-premises environments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, frontend, QA, and DevOps, to deliver high-quality releases. Accountabilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, fault-tolerant components for managing distributed database clustersCollaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate requirements into automated workflowsWork alongside frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure timely, high-quality software releasesConduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to engineering standards and best practicesStay current with emerging technologies in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and Kubernetes ecosystemsDebug, optimize, and fine-tune system performance to maintain reliability and scalabilityRequirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field5+ years of backend software development experience with strong proficiency in Java and GoSolid understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)Experience building large-scale, reliable, and high-performance systemsStrong problem-solving, debugging, and performance-tuning skillsCollaborative mindset and experience working in cross-functional teams to deliver complex software projectsBenefits:
