The Opportunity
As a Software Engineer with Salesforce expertise, you will join our Business Optimization Team and play a key role in developing, optimizing, and evolving our Salesforce Sales Cloud platform.
You will work alongside a team of engineers to design and build robust backend solutions, partnering closely with the Product Manager to extend and enhance the Salesforce platform. Together, you will translate stakeholder needs into scalable technical solutions, validate proposed approaches, and deliver high-quality implementations that integrate seamlessly across systems.
What You Will Do
Develop and extend Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and Visualforce.Collaborate closely with engineers, product, and business stakeholders to deliver well-designed Salesforce solutionsCreate and maintain custom user interfaces across Salesforce experiences.Building and maintaining custom objects fields and page layouts. Using record types validation rules and formulas to adapt Salesforce to business needs.Designing and maintaining Flows. Using approval processes and basic workflow logic. Knowing when to automate and when to keep things simple.Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues, providing ongoing support.Support, maintain, and improve existing Salesforce applications to ensure performance and scalability.Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with data privacy and governance standards.Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, release notes, and user guides.Be part of a team that values curiosity, learning, and thoughtful collaboration
What You Could Bring
2+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform and a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.Hands-on experience with Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.Solid understanding of version control, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development best practices.Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teamsYou value craftsmanship and accountability, and enjoy building durable solutions through close collaboration with othersSalesforce certifications (such as Platform Developer or Administrator) are a plus
