Key Responsibilities:
Lead design and implementation of complex software systems and architecturesProvide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developersEstablish coding standards, best practices, and development processesDrive technical decision-making and technology selectionCollaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration and optimizationLead code reviews and ensure software quality and security standardsDevelop and maintain technical documentation and system specificationsIdentify and implement performance optimizations and scalability improvements
Qualifications:
10+ years of software development experience with leadership responsibilitiesActive TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI PolygraphExpertise in multiple programming languages and technology stacksStrong understanding of software architecture patterns and system designExperience with cloud-native development and containerizationProven track record of leading technical teams and mentoring developersDeep knowledge of security best practices and performance optimizationAWS experience highly preferred but not requiredMilitary experience strongly preferred
