As a Software Engineering Manager for Agent Productivity, you will define technical strategies, oversee software development, and drive operational excellence to deliver reliable, secure, and high-quality solutions.
Your team focuses on :
- Developing an AI-powered productivity assistant to enhance agent productivity
- Creating intuitive and accessible conversation experiences
- Implementing growth strategies to scale these services to numerous customers
You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, customer-facing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical execution.

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in back-end or full-stack development2+ years of experience managing a team of EngineersExpert level programming ability with Typescript/Javascript, Ruby, Python, or equivalent languagesProfessional experience in delivering software with a focus on security, scalability, availability, and performanceExceptional understanding of software development practices, scalable system architecture, and cloud-based platformsFamiliarity with modern development tools, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring solutionsAnalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot complex issuesAbility to recruit, mentor, and retain engineering talent while fostering a collaborative, inclusive cultureExcellent communication skills to effectively collaborate across technical and non-technical teamsDemonstrated ability to balance short-term delivery goals with long-term technical investmentsComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities
