Responsibilities
Lead a small team of blockchain core experts focusing on MEV services/mempool transactions for BSCCreate offerings that leverage the profit validators gain, while creating offerings for searchersDevelop and implement strategies to optimize performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support blockchain best solutions Provide insight on best practices working with validators and traders in regards to BSCPlay a pivotal role in increasing productivity, growth and engagement for the teamWork on special data analysis projects, as needed
Requirements
2+ years experience in managing an Engineering team At least 5 years of experience with designing, building, testing and implementing highly scalable and distributed backend systems3+ years experience in Blockchain in general2+ years experience in Blockchain MEV Experience with ETH or BSC MEV, including mev-boost and PBSExpertise using Go languageStrong communication and problem solving skills Creative, independent, can do attitude, take ownership of overall responsibilities and a great team playerAbility to read, modify blockchain core code (geth, bor, prysm, ...)
