The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer / Solutions Engineer to join their growing team and make a significant impact on the success of every sales presentation and the company's continued growth. This role offers the chance to work with Fortune 500 enterprises, showcase cutting-edge AI-driven privacy technology, and contribute to protecting customer data worldwide while ensuring compliance with global privacy laws including GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, and PIPL.
What You'll Do
Evaluate prospective customer needs and uncover requirements for privacy governance solutions
Deliver compelling product demos to technical and non-technical audiences, including executive-level stakeholders in sales meetings
Articulate the technical value proposition and key differentiating capabilities to prospective customers and partners
Prepare and present proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and respond to RFIs
Partner with Sales and Product Development teams to develop tailored enterprise solutions
Provide post-sales follow-up, technical training, and assist with post-implementation support
Lead and execute proof-of-concept (POC) efforts ensuring total customer satisfaction
Hold technical discussions and converse confidently with CIOs and CISOs
Develop technical architecture diagrams, flow charts, and documentation
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
5-7+ years of experience supporting SaaS / Enterprise software sales
Proven ability to run software product demos and explain complex solutions clearly
Strong understanding of enterprise security and privacy requirements
Knowledge of IT Operations
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently with a results-focused mindset
Ongoing desire to learn and stay current with emerging technologies
Technical Skills:
Knowledge and understanding of LAMP stack, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and REST APIs
Experience with relational databases (SQL, Oracle), cloud instances, containers, NoSQL and other data stores (MongoDB, Cassandra, Hadoop, etc.)
Proficiency with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.)
Experience developing technical architecture diagrams, flow charts, and documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of security technologies
Prior coding experience
