Design, build, and evolve database-centric components within our structural data platformMake pragmatic architectural decisions balancing durability, performance, and maintainabilityDevelop and maintain database connectors for the structural platformTroubleshoot complex production issues across multiple database technologiesAuthor thoughtful technical designs and documentationPartner with Product to translate requirements into scalable solutionsRaise the bar through code quality and strong engineering habits
Requirements
Senior-level engineering capability with the judgment to operate autonomouslyDeep experience in .NET / C#, database internals or distributed data systemsExperience with enterprise infrastructure software, or strong Java engineers willing to learn .NETDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical systemsExperience in smaller or growth-stage companies where adaptability is essentialFamiliarity with AI coding tools and modern development practices
