In this role, you will have a substantial impact on the development and execution of our SaaS platform, guiding a team of skilled engineers. Your leadership will drive the quality and delivery of software, while fostering a collaborative environment. You will work alongside our technical leads and other departments to streamline processes, enhance team dynamics, and continuously improve our engineering practices. This position is critical as we aim to scale our operations and maintain our commitment to excellence in engineering.
Accountabilities
Translate product roadmap into resource and time planning.Build strong, collaborative products in partnership with the product team.Develop clear structures and scalable processes for the engineering team.Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.Support continuous improvement of engineering processes and tools.Facilitate collaboration among different engineering functions.Identify and resolve critical problems in engineering and product delivery.Take ownership of project challenges and drive solutions.Maintain high development productivity.
Requirements
Senior engineering leadership experience in a SaaS or cloud environment.Extensive engineering experience.University degree in computer science, engineering or a related field.Experience working with multiple teams or firms.5+ years of hands-on development experience.4+ years of technical leadership experience, including team building.Strong technical background and problem-solving skills.Accountable for team results.Positive energy and strong motivation.Excellent communication skills in a hybrid or remote work environment.Fluency in English; German is a plus.
