7+ years of experience building web or enterprise applications, with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.Hands-on experience with modern web frameworks such as Ruby on Rails, Java, Go, and frontend tech like React, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL.Proven ability to drive architectural decisions and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.Track record of successfully mentoring engineers and leading teams to deliver high-quality features on time.Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and comfort with iterative development.Experience working with business metrics and ensuring engineering work ties back to measurable goals.Excellent communication, decision-making, and collaboration skills.
