Own and evolve the backend for a high throughput moderation platformDesign async pipelines and workflow systemsHandle large media volumes and multi tenant workloadsRun AI and ML inference pipelines at scale with a focus on cost and reliabilityShip iteratively while keeping long term quality in mindOperate with high standards in testing, reliability, and observability

Exceptional backend engineer with 10+ years of experience, including deep hands on experience delivering web based production systems at scale Confident working across the backend stack. We use Python, AWS, Postgres, Kubernetes, and TemporalExperienced with cloud environments, distributed systems, queues, async processing, and monitoringSome basic experience with DevOps work is helpfulGreat team player
