About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Principal DevOps Engineer to lead our multi-cloud infrastructure, CI/CD ecosystem, and automation strategy across AWS/Azure/GCP. This role requires deep hands-on expertise, strong architectural vision, and the ability to drive platform reliability, scalability, and cost optimization while mentoring engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities

Architect scalable, secure, and highly available multi-cloud infrastructure.

Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable, and secure releases.

Lead Kubernetes platform operations and containerization strategy.

Drive Infrastructure-as-Code initiatives using Terraform.

Implement observability, monitoring, and reliability best practices (SLOs/SLIs).

Optimize cloud costs through right-sizing and governance controls.

Integrate security and compliance into CI/CD (DevSecOps).

Mentor engineers and define DevOps standards across teams.
Required Qualifications

12+ years in DevOps / Cloud Engineering.

Strong hands-on experience in AWS/Azure/GCP (multi-cloud preferred).

Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD).

Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.

Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting.

Strong understanding of Git workflows, release management, and branching strategies.
Preferred

Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).

Knowledge of FinOps and cloud cost optimization.

Familiarity with DevSecOps, IAM, RBAC, and security automation.

Exposure to SRE and platform engineering practices.
