You will lead the evolution of digital workplace platforms, designing and implementing solutions that simplify device management, automation, and monitoring. By integrating AI-powered technologies, you will transform how users interact with their digital tools, ensuring a seamless and user-centric experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and own the architecture of digital workplace platforms (software, hardware, SaaS, APIs) to deliver seamless, scalable, and resilient solutions at scale.
  • Define and drive the strategic roadmap for the digital workplace platform domain, aligning platform evolution with business priorities and emergency technology trends.
  • Design and implement new platform capabilities using modular architecture, IaC, automation frameworks, and secure-by-design principles.
  • Lead the adoption of SRE best practices, including observability, SLIs/SLOs, and proactive incident management to ensure high availability, performance, and fault tolerance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, mentor peers, and drive modernization initiatives to support a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Requirements (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Background in Computer Science/Engineering or related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience in platform, systems, or end-user device engineering roles.
  • Strong proficiency in scripting and automation skills (e.g. PowerShell, Python, or similar) and experience with IaC and DevOps/SRE methodologies.
  • Experience with endpoint management platforms and identity and access management (e.g. SSO, MFA).
  • Strong background in observability, monitoring, and performance tuning, and ability to lead complex system debugging and troubleshooting.
  • Proven leadership qualities, including mentoring and guiding technical direction, with a strong architectural mindset and system-level thinking.
  • Nice-to-haves

  • Hands-on experience with VDI, virtualization, or remote desktop technologies
  • Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g. Terraform, Ansible) and endpoint analytics platforms (e.g. ServiceNow, NexThink).
  • Experience implementing with SLIs/SLOs, error budges, and production readiness practices.
  • Experience with AIOps platforms, predictive support models, and performance optimization in secure environments.
