About the team:

Internet Bank – Customer Journey IT team is taking care of SEB Internet Bank current functionality in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania and is responsible for developing new value adding services for customers in Baltics. Being part of Internet Bank Customer Journey team, your work will have a direct and visible impact on our customers - features and improvements you contribute to will be experienced by thousands of users every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assist in developing and enhancing features in the Internet Bank used by thousands of customers.

Write clean, maintainable code and contribute mainly to front-end development using Angular, while collaborating with back-end developers.

Support debugging and troubleshooting issues reported by customers or internal stakeholders.

Participate in code reviews, learning best practices from experienced developers.

Work with modern development tools, frameworks, and cloud technologies.

Participate in the full product development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and releasing to production.

To thrive in this role, we believe you:

Are a student at a higher educational institution in IT or a related field

Have good communication and teamwork skills

Have basic knowledge of web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, TypeScript/JavaScript).

Have some experience with Angular or another modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Vue.js).

Have basic knowledge of back-end development concepts and frameworks such as Spring Boot.

Have a general understanding of how front-end and back-end systems work together.

Are interested in building user-friendly and responsive web applications.

Are fluent in Latvian and English, as you will be part of Baltic team

Are a positive team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Are able to manage your time and prioritize tasks effectively.
